Pros: Couchbase offers unlimited DTO . Manager approval is necessary of course, but it's nice to know that you don't have a fixed number of days you can take off. Cons: A 401k match is offered but it's way below average. Didn't think too much of it until realizing the loss of compounding funds.
Stock, HSA, Lifestyle Account, Phone/Internet can be expensed.
Solid benefits and pay, great culture.

Hello, Need suggestion! I recently returned from maternity leave with a 5-month-old kid. I currently have two offers. 2) 26 lpa - 2 days per week; 1) 21 lpa - full-time job from home. How do you interpret your personal experience? Which should I choose? I believe that 21 lpa is too little for someone with ten years of experience, but on the other hand, it does allow me to work from home. I don't want to regret it later, so should I take 26 lpa and leave the infant at home for 2 days?

Great benefits with better than average cost to employees.
Great insurance and unlimited time off.
Complete and inclusive benefits package
Great benefits package of DTO, Cigna DPO , dental and Vision Plan.
Complete coverage for an individual, have to pay into premium for family/spouse.
The best benefit is the unlimited vacation days plan. The 401k matching is there, but it could be better.
