Every thing is ontime..But there will no much hikes for freshers.
No hikes present yearly and even hikes are giving very less they are offering

Hi all, I am working with a Java related Portal Technology. as developer with 4 years of experience. I started with 0.9LPA at company A. On first switch after 6 months I accepted 1.8 LPA. In company B. After 2 and a half years , my salary at Company B was 3.5 LPA. I switched to DXC Technology where I was offered 8.5 LPA. I have completed 1 year at DXC. What should I demand on next switch. Do companies offer more than 100% at this salary level?
Joined DXC in May with good CTC. Was hired as an expertise for an upcoming project but turns out due to some reasons the Project is still in pipeline and couldn't see any progress on it. Recently got an opportunity with Citius Tech which matches my profile. What should I do ? Switching within 1 yr would be good?
WFH is good; Increment as per rating will lag ; its my opinion.
