No benifits at all not sure about senior but for freshers no benifits and have to do delivery with software engineering

In hand salary is good, It can be improved on other benefit plans like Gym membership and free food options with good cafeteria.
The company provides health insurance and holiday's payout of worked on that day, comp offs. But the at Pune locations, the offs and holidays are on the least side, as the work pressure is immense which do not allow to take any off day from work.
You would get only your salary on time only.
