Employer Summary

Female employees at Delhivery are eligible for maternity leaves with full wages for a period of 26 weeks each. In case of any miscarriage or medical termination of pregnancy, 6Wks of paid leave can be availed from the day of miscarriage. Female employees, who have completed 12 months of continuous service with the organization before commencement of the maternity leave, can also avail of an additional benefit of up to 26 weeks of unpaid leaves in case of first two children.

Employment is guaranteed for female employees who avail additional maternity benefit & the Department Head takes the responsibility to find a relevant role for the Employee returning from Maternity leave.

Paternity Leave – Men at Delhivery can avail 4 weeks (28 days) of Paternity leave with full wages during the first year of their child birth.
