Employees contribute on their own to some self/crowd/employee funding kind of stuff as the insurance covered isn't enough. For parents insurance coverage, a premium of 58000 is to be paid for an additional 10 lakh insurance coverage, which is too high and not employee-friendly. There is a CoPay introduced of 20% and higher for parents.
