Company with some what OK benefits, also gave small discounts to purchase their own products as well.. ofcourse, should not compare with many other major IT companies

You get training on EMC products and get chance to write Certification. You get cabs facility in DELL EMC that is the best part. Management is humble and good.
Nothing to say any more on this. As I do not see any good benefits post merger. Earlier policies were good
they provide health insurance which cover only you, your wife and kids, if you will pay additional you can cover to your parents,
very less, no cabs, no food coupons,annual bonus also not much impressing which is variable pay.
Good projects experiences provided by the company
No incentives. Only fixed pay. Annual bonus offered only to Full time Employees. They provide good compensation when they fire people though. Contract Workers not even considered for Team Outings.
