Not really sure. Didn't use it much. Though , I think leaves were really encouraged. So not an issue really
was not much satisfied since couldn't utilize the vacations much since short of staff and work load.

MTA. It has this mandatory time off where we have paid time off for a period of 15 days every year.
10 days mandatory off and 24 days annual leaves, 12 days sick leaves, 3 emergency leaves.

Offers Mandatory time away for the employees in Global Markets function, which is 2 weeks away from work, and is paid
During the vacation and paid time off, shift allowance will be deducted. Other competition firms do not do this.
