I have an offer from QuestGlobal (Bangalore) and Would recieve one from Amdocs (Pune). Amdocs is providing 1L more in terms of ctc. I would be put into Healthcare Domain in QuestGlobal and Amdocs is all n/w related technology. I have an experience of 2.7yrs now. Does location really matter in IT industry in long term? Which one would be better in terms of career prospects. I think QuestGlobal is a service based company wheras Amdocs product based. Any suggestions/corrections are welcome.
I have recieved offer from EY and in the offer letter they have mentioned about the Telephone/Broadband reimbursement and LTA which is 12,000 per annum and 50,000 per annum. Can I claim this full amount ? Anyone from EY please help me understand the benefits of both the above ! EY EY India

Zero Benefits, No Cab, No Food, No Incentive, No Basic benefits for night shift, No PF Number But deducted from your salary.
What to describe no benefits at all, when there is no benefit package at all what need to be discussed. For night shifts employee, No employee benefits, No Cab, No Food, No incentive, No HR at night shift, No PF number in payslip but they will deduct the PF amount. Even banks will deny for emergency fund help because company was not registered yet.
