Dupont gives nice benefits to all the employees. Free home pick up and drop service is provided.
All the perks are quite good and the company keeps on gifting its employees to motivate them. They also award the employees as a note of appreciation.
the benifits are above the market place so no eed tothink on this but there will be very less work and this makes to lazy to explore new things.
Best in DuPont about benefits is the Health coverage, Flexi work hours and Maternity and paternity leaves.
