Company arrange sales offsite of achiever every year, they is lot of encouragement from the management.
There are no performance bonus. The salary is also mediocre. The growth in terms of title and percent salary increase is good. Minimal deductions from salary
Overall I am satisfied with the percentage hike I have received from my previous package. They have decent group life term insurance, group health insurance and accident coverage policy also.
