I work at Business Consulting practice of EY GDS India, when I resigned the e-exit tool shows 60 days as a notice period, and calculated the LWD accordingly. But when I submitted the resignation the tool calculated the 30 days as short days. i.e. they took 90 days as the notice period. Like to check if anyone here faced a similar issue and any suggestions on this please as this is very bad that co. is harassing the employees by hiding essential things
