As a fresher in Statutory Audit, in the 1st year, CTC is Rs. 750000. In the 2nd year, it increases to Rs. 9 Lakhs. The payscale is incredibly good as compared to other Big 4s. However, everything comes at a cost. and EY is notorious for its work-life balance (or the lack of it)
the best this is work life balance, you can take work from home many times and even you can take leaves according to your preferences
Salary is too low but the bonus and appraisal isn't too bad. Their health Insurance coverage is good.

Current year onward, company have come up with the tool that will check quarterly performance and feedback will be gained from projects managers. Based on which Progressions/Promotions are defined by leadership (In this case, favorites are pulled up the ladder first and latter others are seen). Benefits (VP) overall is based on the quarterly performance and where you stand in the peers.
The compensation is very less for the amount of work we are asked to do but the brand name of the company satisfies the hunger
Work environment is healthy, commited work,flexible hours, lots of positives, insurance. Intern experienve was good overall
The package provided here is average and hikes are good here. They encourage the employees a lot with their flexibility in their workings
Bonus is good and so is the work life bonus.
