You can take sick leave and just produce your medical certificate like any other company.
The sick leave is probably not enough I would say, however you can take a sick leave without any prior notice and they are understanding enough
easy policy no hassle but u need to inform one shift in advance
5 are there never sure or certain whether you may get it or not.... at times even in strong fever you may have to work... ultimately all on ur manager
No sick leave it will be counted as personal leave or annual leave depending upon the leaves left.
