    It's relatively flexible. Recently have started to have coordinated holidays across the Americas with July and Christmas periods which have helped give people "true" time off and should be continued.

    The best thing is that you start with 3 weeks paid vacation, and that you can take an additional 2 weeks off unpaid. You also have 3 personal days per year and a few sick days you can take if you want to.
