Decent PTO from the start with steady increase, but everything past 200 hours is forfeited and no option to cash out.
We get 15 days to start and it increases from there.
18 days for new people maxes out at 25 days at 10 years service. plus 3 ad hoc days and 8 public holidays

Maxed out at 10 years, Cumulative time off exceeds 35 days per year. Even More than Military allots and they need it more than we do.
The holidays and PTO are very generous. I believe if they weren't they'd have a higher turnover, because it's often a high pressure atmosphere.
