‘Maternity leave- As per govt rules, can be extended Paternity leave- 15 days’
‘They do provide sick leaves but like i said that only happens for the one those are permanent and not for the ones on contract. Contract employees only get one leave per month’
‘The contractual employees were not entitled to any of these things. the permanent ones did receive their promotions on time though’
Full health insurance for all dependent. Job security, Work culture, Overall learning. Worst thing is no flexi timing, Less PRP
Best: Same salary for all same level employee, medical reimbursements, lots of holidays and leaves, no work after office hours worst: Same salary even if no work/performance, no flexi timing, strict office timings even if no work.
Being a PSU, the benefits are really good for new engineers but the benefits are too low for the management level personnels
1. Leave policy is good. Overtime is paid. The contract employees- especially the draftsmen have a good amount coming from the overtime. 2. Worklife balance is worst. Unbalanced workload makes it all the more devastating.
You get unlimited hospitalization benefits apart from OPD benefits. LTA, 10 casual leaves, 22 earned leaves, 12 sick leaves and 10 holidays
Included HRA, LTA, unlimited medical claim, insurance worth 100 times the basic. In term of PRP not so good, pays very less as compare to other players in similar industry.
Job security is very high. Medical package is good, Benefits can be structured better for good tax savings.
No stipend for the interns.
no cash benefits other than salary. salary as per level promotions time based
The package is on lower side. Take home salary is lower but the CTC quoted is higher
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
