1 Work from hom per week apart from the usual benefits. Also the bonus component is not inflated in CTC unlike a lot of other companies
Though i am Contractor Employee Epicor has given the same equality with Benefits like Medical and Bonus calculations. Very Happy to see such a Benefits for a contract employee also.
Not possible to learn new things as per market
