‘All good, even te entitle holiday can be overtaken to the next year’
Recent positive benefit changes implemented in late 2022. 0.5% company match on first 8% contributed to 401K through Fidelity. Increased paid maternity leave (I believe it is now 3 months) Flexible Time Off from moment of hiring 1 of the Health Insurance options provides access to an HSA
Move to Flexible Time Off has made it easier to plan time off.
Recent switch to unlimited PTO. Could be higher on the 401k match though.
Epicor has excellent benefits packages. The insurance, 401K match is above average of most large company's.
They offer Flexible Time Off so there is no minimum or maximum time you can take off BUT it does affect your utilization which affects your bonus.
Higher 401k match would be nice
