Love it how much the company pays attention to the mental wellness of the employees. Especially during the Covid-19 pandemic when most of us were bereaving or struggling with lots of issues and concerns, the company stood by like a friend. We were given free subscriptions to Headspace and HealthifyMe to deal with the added stress. People were allowed to withdraw their salary early, the extended WFH and hybrid working model also helped a lot to navigate through changing scenarios.
