Ericsson has great benefits (with multiple coverage options based on your family needs), 401K matching, above average time off (including volunteer hours), gift matching, strong network of Employee Resource groups, additional optional perks (pet insurance, legal assistance, etc.)
Ericsson has amazing group health benefits, a 401K, life insurance, crazy amounts of PTO and vacation, and they absolutely work to improve the work-life balance
I was told there is time off, health insurance for employees.
I find the benefits are extremely useful for my family. Like all benefits packages, you need to take advantage of them to get the real value, but if you are willing to use them they are great.
