We understand that motherhood is tough on a dedicated female professional. That is why, our maternity leave policy is aligned with the Government of India directives, which call for a 26-week leave period. The employee also has the option of availing eight weeks of prenatal leave. She can seek an extension of up to 12 months in case she is unable to resume their duties. If approved by their group head, the extension can be granted. In addition, we allow a one-month paid leave in case of illness caused by pregnancy, delivery, premature birth, and miscarriage.Since fatherhood is not easy either, all married male employees get a 5-day paternity leave that can be availed one month before or after the birth of their child.
Pretty much in line with government policy. 6 months maternity leaves and just one week paternity leaves
REally not sure about paternity leave, however as per the norms the maternity leave is provided for around 6 months
