Our employee-friendly policies are aligned with best practices followed by companies across the world. We grant 7 sick leaves which can be availed in case of an employee’s own illness or medical emergencies. No prior approval is required for it except in case of a planned treatment/surgery; however, a notification to the approving authority is a must. In case of more than two consecutive days of sick leave, employee may be required to produce a medical and/or fitness certificate from an authorized medical practitioner. In case of continued sickness, once Sick leaves are exhausted, other Compensatory off followed by Privilege leave and Administrative Leave will imply and once they are exhausted all leaves will be counted as Leave without Pay.
Employees can also avail half day leave against their Sick leaves. Half-day leave is an option given to Employees to take a short leave of 2–4.5 hours anytime during the day and work for the remaining hours.
