Pros: Around 40% is Flexi pay. It helps you decide your tax saving schemes. They pay 50 K per year apart from your CTC, for GYM, yoga, etc stuff. Hyderabad office is great. Cons: HR Management and communication with applicants. They give stock only to Senior S/W Engineer or above.
Package is good and they try to give as per market standards and then can come much more also if they like the candidate.
Insurance & Medical bills coverage is one of the best I have come across covers all Life / Medical / Travel / and regular OPD are handsomely covered.
