401K could be better. Company matches $.50 for every dollar contributed up to 6%.
Just an average benefits package - nothing outstanding.
Health benefits aren’t great. I still pay $180 a month plus a $2500 deductible. Prescriptions are not covered. 401k match is poor, and stock options have been pulled back.
