‘Sick leave is accrued based on hours worked. If you are sick, you can't accrue hours towards sick leave. Not up to par.’

Hours are faiuly flexible now
No pay raise and very high rate health insurance. Have to use vacation time for snow closure.
Benefits are expensive and you don't get much for the amount you pay.
Good benefits, but 401k matching was suspended last year.

The provided health insurance is average. They stopped matching employee 401k’s during 2021 due to financial issues. The PTO is the lowest I’ve seen.

Benefits are comparable and sometimes better than other federal contractors. I appreciate that they give everyone the same benefits even though the DOL specs for each locality are different.
