First Data was good with Benefits. They provided 21 Planned leaves and 15 Sick leaves however it depends on your Manager for leave approval. They provided health insurance thrice your CTC amount. Other benefits include Annual Bonus, Maternity Leaves, Stocks etc.

Best and worst. They give you restricted stock units which you can sell off after typically 2 years of holding time. Although value of your holdings increase significantly with time, but 2 years for each additional stock units given is too long a time from the Indian standpoint. People mostly leave by them and thus lose a lot of money

whatever is your CTC is your fixed package - any variable or other benefits is not included under it
Their is no additional facilities as such
1) Extremely low variable performance incentive for employees in the lowest tier 2) Health Insurance is for Self, Spouse and 3 children. however, not for parents
