‘Not bad annual leave entitlement for home manager role ’
‘learn as you go. once you signed, that's you in trouble for not keeping up if you mess up.’
There is no benefits, if you do nightshift there is no unsociable hours payment, you are suppose to get an hours break but you don't and you don't get paid for your full shift if you don't take the break
There isn't any. you get a few weeks annual leave where you are paid basic rate.
We didn't get any benefits, there was no paid over time, occasionally you got time and a half pay but that was very rare, I have worked 13-14 hour shifts before and only got normal pay. There is no dental or anything like that either
the best thing is getting to meet residents and how interesting their life used to be the worst thing is you dont know whether your coming or going most of the time
you have no offer of promotion and no benefits not even overtime pay pension plan is only goverment forced not company based
no benefits to this job unfortunately
