You can work from home on any day. No approval is required. No intereference from Manager as long as the work gets done.
WFH leverage depends and varies from manager to manager. Some managers are jovial, but there are others (the overzealous types) who will not appreciate you enjoying certain liberties, they will allow the use of WFH sparingly and act as if it's a great leverage extended by them to the beneficiary's utter indebtedness, completely forgetting that the policy is Fractal policy and not a personal favor.
Easy to have a work life balance
It's simple if you need to work from home or anywhere you can freely work. But the client is always first. :D
It is easily accessible. A very useful policy. The virtual environment works flawlessly most of the times.
Many times traveling takes time so you may take WFH to save time. Anyone sick in the family then WFH can be taken so that both can be managed.
Fractal has implemented truly work from home culture, which is amazing to see how people manage both work and family efficiently. This is very good especially for young professional parents.
Really good hassle free work from home, though no toll free conference facility makes it costly to work from home.
