I am lucky to be part of a good team. Flexible working hours. Work life balance is there. But, the company strategy and treating the employees has been demotivating ever since it was acquired by axis bank. There are politics happening between teams. Sometimes seeing some managers cosy up to the CXOs and Department Heads for their own benefits, is disappointing.
Interns get a very less amount compared to what managers get for doing the same job.
