‘Company is very helpful, upto second child Company provide maternity or paternity leaves’
‘40 days paid time off which would carry over to the next year if not used. A max of 30 would carry over, can always be encashed while exiting the company (a max of 30 leaves can be encashed - full pay would be given for 30 days)’
‘You can work from home for a day or two from home’
Overall benefits are good. But the company is trimming the benefits since last 2 years.
Car Lease is very good , Medical Benefits, Heath Ahead is good initiative. Safety is most importanant
No other company provides you the benefits like GE gives to each and every employee. No differentiation between gender, region, religion, grade etc.
sufficient being an intern, plus health insurances
Benefits package is good but not so employee friendly. Bad think is that variable pay which should not be part of our CTC.
family medical coverage, company car, school education for kids, twice in year flight trip, full family accommodation,
GE Power provide adequate benefits package to its employees. Neither more nor less.
Best: Medical and health insurance Worst: Car Lease, home lease facilities could be improved.
Everything is good, as per MNC standard policy
Good overall package, its' more than salary. There are many soft benefits in terms incentives (bonus plan), healthcare, generous leave plan, work life balance. Worst is too much bureaucracy which sometimes leads to confusion and insufficient personal attention to employee needs.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
