Company is very helpful, upto second child Company provide maternity or paternity leaves

  • Vacation & Paid Time Off(6 comments)

40 days paid time off which would carry over to the next year if not used. A max of 30 would carry over, can always be encashed while exiting the company (a max of 30 leaves can be encashed - full pay would be given for 30 days)

  • Work From Home(5 comments)

You can work from home for a day or two from home

Benefits package is good but not so employee friendly. Bad think is that variable pay which should not be part of our CTC.

Current Employee

Everything is good, as per MNC standard policy

17 Jul 2015
Current IT Leader in Hyderabad, Telangana

Good overall package, its' more than salary. There are many soft benefits in terms incentives (bonus plan), healthcare, generous leave plan, work life balance. Worst is too much bureaucracy which sometimes leads to confusion and insufficient personal attention to employee needs.
