I dont know as I joined last year and I've not been provided with bonuses. They have medical coverage / insurance .

They promised bonus but every time the big chunk of the bonus would be taken away by the VPs and the ones who are doing the actual hard work which are the analyst would get peanuts on the name of bonus
Its okay. As much as any bpo would pay you. Probably less than dell and similar bpo's and of course those places have a much better management
There are no benefits apart from the Medical claim which is provided to employees averagely in other companies.
They provide Health insurance, reimbursements and ample number of paid leaves. However, the compensation is bit on the lower side, at least in the India office.
Company perks are limited. Package offered are probably one of the lowest if compared to the type of talent they are looking for.
End of year, depending on performance which is subjectively judged purely by team manager. If you are close to team manager, you'll be rewarded. Very high internal politics doesn't reward hard work
