Covers all the standard stuff you would expect from a big bulge bracket investment bank. Pretty good.

The best thing was the pay. We got paid a whole lot to just learn about the organization as spring interns.

Easily available, quite extensive. Benefits and, particularly, amenities are likely to get much better upon moving the office in 2019.

Good health, dental insurance, private gp, free lunch, dinner voucher, drink snacks. Better than ordinary banks and building societies

Private health insurance is top class and provided to all full time employees at variations depending on your job level. Holidays are standard provided regionally but in reality you don't get to take them on the day unless you were senior enough, thoughtful and well planned ahead. You do have the option of utilising a public day on another day in lieu. You can also carry over up to 10-15 unused days to the following year provided you take them by March. Some teams do force you to use as many as possible and reduce it to 5 as it is your right and well deserved holiday. They do accommodate work life balance, like work from home, flexible working hours. some cases 3 week holidays, unpaid leave, etc. Pensions are invested in GS plans, with steady growth. As years go by, employee perks keep reducing or increase in cost. Yearly office party has reduced from firmwide size to independent department numbers.
