Perks and Allowances such as House Rent, Newspaper, etc. etc. Guard against inflation by way of matching payments against wholesale inflation. LTC every four years for self and dependent family members. Regular Promotions or Carrier Progressions. The job-satisfaction of working as a component of the Government. The best thing is that for a competent person, the job provides complete job-satisfaction
