Full paid vacation break of 80-90 days, excluding all government holidays and weekends.

The leave policy of Govt of India is quite liberal. It affords ample opportunities to enjoy minimum one family holiday in a year.
Fixed vacation period and assured time off that has to be approved by superior. On top of this ltc given
Upto sixty days of paid leave per year. The same if not availed can be accumulated and benefit availed in cash as per the retirement year salary.
Adequate vacation time is provided
30 days earned leave, 8 days casual leave, 10 days sick leave. Plus paternity and maternity benefits.
One gets a to-&-fro fare for self and dependent family members of immediate family + 10 days salary in cash every 4 years.
Once in two years, leave travel concession is granted to the employees. In a block of two years, one of them can be converted to all India LTC
You get sufficient vacation.. but the timing depends on your team size and imminent commitments of the organization.
