Limited benefits. Insurance is paid for by employees from salary. Travel benefits are minimum. Relocation benefits also you have to ask for and convince.

i have learnt a lot from this organisation, and give you a free way to express yourself to finish the tasks in your own manner

Holidays are less compare to other companies
Getting more and more sensitive towards the employees and the working atmosphere is excellent :)
Generally covers most things I would want of a good benefits package. Not enough direct contribution towards learning. I'd like to see more of that. And childcare for parents.
