Great pension plan, healthcare for the whole family and leave options for holidays and sick leave.
Best: Flexible times, great work-life balance. Worst: Salaries are very low compared to the average, promotions are very bureaucratic.

Great benefits at Guidewire including health insurance, retirement savings contribution, performance bonus, snacks and drinks. Stocks are no longer shared with Dublin employees, they have been replaced by long term investment which is a safer option but much less valuable. The basic salary is on the low end for people with little or no experience but it improves with promotions.
Health insurance, life insurance, pension plan, and... snacks at the office.
Pay was more than I expected. Healthcare begins on your first day and covers heart screening, GP visits, hospitals and much more. Onsite dentist visits regularly. Access to a high-spec laptop, which is not locked down with corporate bloat ware. Pension contributions begin at the end of the probation period and is very generous. There are free snacks provided and coffee machines too. 25 days holidays. Access to all Guidewire training materials and testing. Support groups to study for Oracle Java certs. Scrum training has been provided before. Communications training. People work from home when needed.
Toxic environment with childish mind of managers.
