This policy is applicable to all Permanent Delivery and Non–Sales Support employees of HCL Technologies and its various subsidiaries across the globe, having Bonus (Performance Bonus / OGPB) as a part of their compensation structure.
Good Policy for the employees
R1 Rating will get 105% Bonus
The parameters were very strict and there was lot of favoritism.
part of CTC will be considered as performance bonus and the same will be given at the end of the year based on appraisal rating. If the project is completed/moved to bench just a month before/during the period of appraisal , entire efforts/bonus will be lost. Literally degrade the rating . This review is shared as per my personal experience in HCL.
Client bonus is good. Depending on the client. HCL performance bonus is bad. To enforce bell curve they degrade rating.
Iam afraid the company does not provide any performance bonus as far as Iam concerned in my project.
Will b available after one year
There is Monthly and Yearly Bonus component. Monthly Component will be paid based on Project Allocation. If you didn't get project and if you are in Bench for a month this will not be provided Yearly Component - Based on Company Performance, Project Performance and Your Performance. If you are in onsite or non billable for 3 months then you will get 70% of Yearly pay for First level ratings. Ratings will not be visible till the appraisal letter get released. After release then you can't change the ratings.
Everyone will get the equal salary no difference tm people who work and who don't
