To facilitate the employee work life continuity by providing a system to contribute professionally while catering to personal exigencies (on account of medical emergencies, etc. details below) of temporary nature. The prime objective is to enable employees to balance professional commitments during these personal exigencies.

For now they are not calculation in time and out time. But employee is expected to maintain 9 hours in office.
