The score card is so tough that the people are not getting the incdntive from the past many years

really good company to work for
its purely based one sales , if are able to sell insurance you will be given 5 rating but if not u will be sacked or even demoted.
Performance bonus is a little better than other benefits but the targets are so much that you will never be able to give a good performance.
No standard on distributing on annual performance bonus.
If you perform then u get rewarded.
