As a Internship Trainee they offered me a flexible time hours and they guided me throughout the project,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
The pay is good for freshers. But the average salary growth is too less. Hardly any bonuses. Not fit for long term.
not much perks apart from the pick and drop service they provide
Provident fund and health insurance, incentives as per the target, holidays, rewards , promotion as per the performance...
Good bonus you will get. As you are on contract not much benefit just pf get deducted

Best package for freshers, bonus is good for the target achieveres, and much more weekly and monthly competition and also benefits for the winner.
If you meet the sales target, shall be rewarded with trophy, certificates & commisions
We used to get only 12k and we were promised to get an incentive of 30k if we earn brokerage of 2 lakh ..but when almost 70% of people crossed that mark they changed the incentives structure and no one got any incentives
