Perks: Unlimited sick time, generous PTO, 401(k) match after 6 months, "Gadgets for Geeks" technology reimbursements after 6 months, emphasis on continuous education Potential drawback: This is not necessarily a con, but mostly everything PTO-related is client-dependent. For example: HMB policy mandates using PTO for holidays, i.e. there is not a separate holiday PTO bucket. This is nice sometimes because it offers flexibility if you do not celebrate certain holidays, but depending upon which client you are working with, you may need to use PTO for holidays such as President's Day, MLK, etc. if there's no client approval to bill for those days.

The highlight of the benefits package is comp time: if you bill over 40 hours in a week, you can get paid out for those hours or take them in extra vacation time. The Gadgets for Geeks Program allows employees to get reimbursed for personal technology purchases (ie. laptops, smart watches, etc.) -- HMB will reimburse 1/2 of the total cost up to a certain amount. There are great company social events -- happy hours, game nights, sports teams, etc. HMB is extremely supportive of professional development and employees pursuing certifications.

Good health insurance, work from home policy and leave policy. Remote working encouraged during bad weather. Additional vacation and sick days accrual with years.

Rates are decent, co-pays too high.
You start with 2 weeks of vacation per year but it accrues so if you get negative you have to pay it pack. You don't get extra vacation until the 4th year. The company invest match in the 401K isn't a full 100% until 8 years with the company. We do get to get 50%Got
