Best: It is mandatory to exhaust all leaves and there are 34 of them Worst: The 10 Process offs/Bank holidays are included in the 34 days and so is the mandatory 10-day leave. This leaves only 14 days with an employee to plan his year. Sometimes even less since the number of Bank holidays exceed 10 (Country of residence + Country you support) and eat up the personal days.
