It is far too dependent on print media's performance. We've not got decent bonuses in the two years I've worked there.

Good part is we have increased in market and at 2nd place after Nakuri and worst is salary offer to employee are less and in our package we don't provide for 1 month.

The worst thing was that learning here is zero and if you join as a fresher then after year or two you will realise that you haven't learned anything new. but if you utilize this time for your self growth than this can be the advantage
