‘May be this is the only thing which is ok’
‘Introduced only this year and has very very low coverage. Parental.imsuranxe also introduced only this year. Company doesn't have enough benefits. ’
Insurance policy is good. Leave policy is good but employee hardly gets their leaves approved. Flexible work time. Coming late is not an issue. Cultural programs at office needs to be redesigned.
Sick Leaves is 0.5 per month which is just bizarre Work from home is a really good benefit Optional parental insurance
They have good CTC segregation which helps to save taxes. It is known as FlexiPay. Very few companies offers such scheme as part of CTC.
No health benefit for your parents
Tax saving options provided in the Salary structure are amazing. We can save more tax and get more salary.
Only One Work from per month (Optional). Would have to work even on weekends or at night and again go to office next day on time. No recreational activities or outings or even a lunch/dinner. Poor internet speed. Shitty i3 laptops. Less increment percentages. Delays in Salary. No work Ethics. No bonuses (I mean none at all). Some recreational activities happen in Mumbai office but none happens in Bangalore office (We just have to sit there, do our work and watch them enjoy through Video Conference). Higher Authorities at Mumbai office just pretend to be interested in what we do.
Ample scope to learn & experiment Learn from the best in the industry Allowed to make mistakes
Overall compensation low. They try to hard sell the bouquet of benefits that could be less in number and the take home could be higher
1. Free Tea/Coffee available 2. Poor internet speed. Work gets hampered quite often 3. No recreational activities. 4. Almost no team events/parties
No benefits, only this year they rolled a medical insurance with limited coverage.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
