Insurance was adequate along with 401K options. No 401K matching.

Health Insurance and the worst thing is the coverage.

Health coverage at a reasonable price for the employee and that’s about it. Dependents and spouses mean you pay 100% of the premium. Dental is not subsidized at all. Zero 401k matching. No one even knows how they accurately track time off but you earn 2wks a year.

No 401, medical is prohibitively expensive and doesn't cover much, vacation isn't mmuch and there's resentment when you take it.

Vacation is minimal and benefits are available but very expensive. They are sticklers about break times, but there is free coffee. No 401k available unless an executive.
