achievable targets, free access to gym, company laptop, easy process to book holidays.
Good pension contributions by the company
Private health care, share options, pension, dental care, cycle to work scheme
Car allowance, flexible working arrangements
No doubt, HPE's benefits and compensations are really good.
Quite decent compared to rivals. Private health care, contributory pension scheme upto 6% in my case, various minor cover such as dental, optical, massage, podiatry etc Buy or sell two days leave Sick pay sufficient to cover at least three months, possibly longer. Annual leave might be as low as twenty days for new starters, which is the worst thing, but it does rise to 26 days after ten years Honestly this is all a fair bit better than other companies.
More or less on par with most large corporations.
Benefits are very good standard benefits expected from a technology company. i.e. 25 days holiday, stst holidays, private medical health care, life cover and then a selection of other benefits that you can decide to avail of at extra cost - i.e. vouchers, critical illness, family, medical, addtional holidays etc
Good Benefits Package at HPE
They keep taking it away bit by bit. We started off with full health care. This is now charged, pensions are poor and pay rises do not happen.
