No Proper respect to the employees. Manager will think they are rulers and superior to everyone. Management will never respect employee inner thoughts. I have seen that, Tech support peoples will treat as slaves, the management has enough money to spend in Alcohol but don't have money to hire a Porter/Porter person - It will be done by Tech support peoples. Tech support manager is too smart that he will complete the work sympathy and the credit will goes to him. He will never support his own team, always be a bell to the management. Hungerbox is a chilled out company where your performance is the key to visibility. The Founders are as chilled out as one can expect in a start-up front. The benefits are some what lower than your expenses actually spent on the task given but external visits are entirely paid for by the company. Travel reimbursements provided are lower than requirements.
