    There is no much good benefit of working here. It is usual to other companies even IBM give only upto 3l insurance.

    You aren’t gifted a years worth of vacation days at the start of the year or when you start. They accrue over the course of the year. If you start mid year, you only get a partial allotment. You can use the days before they accrue, but if you were to say take ten days off in January then quit in February they would deduct the days you had not accrued from your last paychec
