No company perks, private health insurance, pension, holidays, and time off
The BYCS policy does not have option of down-payment. Also if any employee wants to pay lumpsum amount and reduce the emi then also it is not possible.
The best think about the package is that it is regular in paying salary and worst thing that it pays less than its competitors
