Best thing is not that much pressure on your work...work life is balance with your personal life. Worst is they give increment to senior level
In early & Mid 2000s they use to give ESOPs to loyal employees. But later their focus of business diverted and did not look after the employee benefits. Only 'Hire & Fire' .
