Very good medical facility and after retirement itc pension scheme
Very good medical, holiday and sampling allowances. Grade based but good
It provides health benefits. Sampling perks
Benefits are available on paper but coerced to be not availed to save money. Undue paperwork to further discourage use of benefits.
ITC is no doubt an indian best co manufacturing quality products but the interview process is worst than a call center interview. And the funny part is that they are hiring technical people with being a GD round first (Bangalore location) and the HR is Vasudha Shukla and Dharani VK. Instead of knowing how technical a person is, they are going with how well one can speak with rejecting candidates (almost 90% of them based on call center skill) hahaha. Please people with great technical skill and bit low call center skill (bit less in communication skill) do not go for interview coz they will eliminate in the 1st round itself. Worst experience i had going for technical position and HR are the worst their along with manager. Got to know by the interview that why ITC being a great co is not a market leader india by now. It is coz of these kind on peoples
Perks are good and also the medical policies only thing in medical policies i didt like that they dont add parents into it. Sampling perks ( you can purchase any ITC product till 20,000 rs per year for AE level) are good.
